Land & Form proudly partnered with Springs Rescue to revitalize a once-dilapidated motel, turning it into a safe and welcoming space for those on their path to stability. Our team took on the extensive task of demolishing the entire interior, then thoughtfully refinished every aspect, inside and out. The result is a fresh, modern facility with 12 units designed to support individuals in the Springs Rescue program. This renovation represents not only a significant aesthetic upgrade but also a powerful step toward providing compassionate, quality housing for those committed to building a brighter future.
